Life at Ted – No Ordinary Working Environment

Today I am going to discuss my time at Ted and show some beautiful outfits from my fellow colleague to gain a sense of the Ted style.

Working at Ted brings something different into my life everyday. The people, customers, management and the product are all great to work with.

At the moment, it is sale and the store is always jam-packed with eager consumers! To get a feel for Ted you need to see the product. My friend was happy to become my model…

3 Things You Did Not Know About Ted

  1. Something you might not have known about Ted is the visual merchandising. Each store has their own theme and the store at York Designer Outlet is a chocolate theme as we are based in York and we are known for famous Chocolatiers.
  2. One of the best things about working for TED is the training! Good quality training can only mean that the workers are always learning. Ted’s School Of Excellence has taught me so much about the company and the product! The little notebook is used to always boost knowledge from different activities. An activity I find clever is becoming a mystery shopper in another shop in the outlet. I did mine in Reiss and it can really show you the difference between customer service.
  3. One of the most asked questions at Ted is “What does the sizing equate too?” One of the reasons that Ted is a Non Ordinary designer brand, is due to their unique sizing! Womenswear has from 0-5 instead of 6-16 and Menswear has from 1-7 instead of XS-XXXL.1Capture

Overall, working for Ted is actually a very fun experience.
